Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Stella Rosa Watermelon, chilled
  • 1 oz. white rum
  • 2 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. soda water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail glass, add in all ingredients except for Stella Rosa Watermelon. Next, pour in the rum and gently stir. Top off with Stella Rosa Watermelon and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
