Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Stella Rosa® Watermelon
• ¾ oz reposado tequila
• ½ oz watermelon gomme syrup
• ½ oz Meyer lemon juice
• ¼ oz dry curacao
• ¼ oz sea salt saline solution (5%)

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, double strain through a mesh strainer into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel swath.
