Making Me Slush
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Stella Rosa® Watermelon
- 4 cups diced watermelon
- 4 cups Stella Rosa® Watermelon ice cubes.
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 whole watermelon, carved and cut into a bowl.
- Mint (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Place 4 cups of diced watermelon cubes in a plastic bag and freeze overnight.
- Pour Stella Rosa® Watermelon into 2 ice cube trays and let freeze overnight.
- Pour rest of wine into blender, along with frozen watermelon, vodka, and Stella Rosa Watermelon ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour slushy into a bowl-shaped carved watermelon, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
