
Grapefruit Jalapeño Stella Rita
Ingredients:
- ½ jalapeño, sliced
- 1 oz. white tequila
- 1 tsp. pink himalayan salt
- 1 bottle Stella Rosa Ruby Rosé Grapefruit
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- Grapefruit wedges and jalapeño slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Put the jalapeño slices and tequila in a jar and let them sit for 15 minutes for the spice to infuse the tequila. After 15 minutes, remove the jalapeño slices.
- Mix the salt and sugar on a plate. Smear the rims of two glasses with a dash of honey and dip each one in the sugar and salt mixture to coat the rim. Add ice to each glass.
- Mix the citrus juices and infused tequila in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour mixture evenly into two glasses, top with Stella Rosa Ruby Rosé Grapefruit, and garnish with grapefruit wedges and jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
