Pistachio Matcha Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Stella Rosa® Pistachio Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Matcha Green Tea (unsweetened, cooled)
  • ½ oz. Vanilla or Honey Syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker combine all ingredients with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a light dusting of matcha powder or a few crushed pistachios.
