Piña Y Coco Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Stella Rosa® Pineapple
  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • Pack of mint
  • 1 lime
  • toasted coconut

Instructions:

  1. Muddle together toasted coconut, 1 lime wedge, and mint. Add ice on top. Pour in rum and Stella Rosa® Pineapple then squeeze in fresh lime juice from leftover lime wedges. Garnish with lime wedge and leftover mint.
