New York Sour

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. bourbon whiskey
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • Stella Rosa Imperiale Rosso Lux
  • Large ice cubes or balls

Instructions:

  1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and regular ice in a shaker. Strain into a glass with a large ice cube or ball. Gently pour Stella Rosa Imperiale Rosso Lux over the back of a spoon that is held just above the drink’s surface. This will allow the wine to float on top.
