Cheesy Beef and Tortellini Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can Contadina® diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15-oz) can Contadina® tomato sauce
  • 2 cups College Inn® chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (5-oz) container baby spinach
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian blend cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add tortellini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with cheese.
