Cheesy Beef and Tortellini Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (14.5-oz) can Contadina® diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-oz) can Contadina® tomato sauce
- 2 cups College Inn® chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (5-oz) container baby spinach
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian blend cheese
Instructions:
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with cheese.
