Piña Y Coco Mojito
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Stella Rosa® Pineapple
- 2 oz coconut rum
- Pack of mint
- 1 lime
- toasted coconut
Instructions:
- Muddle together toasted coconut, 1 lime wedge, and mint. Add ice on top. Pour in rum and Stella Rosa® Pineapple then squeeze in fresh lime juice from leftover lime wedges. Garnish with lime wedge and leftover mint.
